The Biscuit Factory is an independent art gallery, café and private-hire venue, located in Newcastle’s cultural quarter of Ouseburn.

Open daily we welcome visitors to browse and buy contemporary art. From experienced collectors to first-time buyers, we offer a trusted service to help you discover original paintings, sculpture, prints, ceramics, textiles, homewares, and jewellery from hundreds of artists and makers.

The Biscuit Factory is also a place to pause, reflect, and gather. Visit our independent bookshop and all day rooftop café which serves up seasonal menus and offers panoramic views of the Ouseburn valley. Our diverse events programme provides opportunities to create and connect; from artist-led workshops to talks, book launches and social evenings. We also offer unique and beautiful spaces to hire for weddings, parties, and corporate hospitality, within a characterful building that inspires celebration and community.
