Hibou Blanc
Hibou Blanc is situated within Sunlight Chambers – a grade II listed building designed in 1902 by nationally renowned architects W.S.Owen. This quirky building is curiously coloured and has a remarkable mosaic frieze that depicts work and honest toil. Thankfully, inside is every bit as beautiful.
The Menu is locally driven and flavour-led. With a strong focus on using the best British seafood available in each season, we create classic dishes served simply. The food at Hibou Blanc takes the best local produce to deliver an impressive range of flavour.
The Drinks Menu stays true to the history of classic cocktails, with a modern twist. We have crafted our offerings from bespoke distilleries and breweries from all around the globe, with our cocktails showcasing their best qualities. Drinks done simply. Drinks done well.
