Full-time/Part Time Conveyancing Lawyer based in Newcastle Upon Tyne

Samuels Solicitors LLP have an exciting opportunity for a full-time (although part-time may be considered) professional and client-focussed conveyancing lawyer to join our expanding property team.  We are a firm with an appetite for growth with two well-established regional offices in Devon and a newly opened office in Newcastle, which is where this post will be based.

What you can offer:

We are looking for a friendly, efficient, flexible and personable individual who can build their own caseload of residential matters. You will have a solid knowledge of residential conveyancing, including transfers of part, new builds and leasehold transactions.

You will be a qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with 3 years PQE.  You will have good advising skills, be able to build relationships with clients, agents and other conveyancers in order to efficiently move transactions to completion, whilst ensuring that client needs are met.

We will expect you to be an excellent communicator and to be comfortable working within the wider team.

The role is permanent subject to an initial probationary period. Salary will be negotiable dependent on experience.
