Nicholson Portnell seek a Solicitor with a minimum of 2-3 years’ PQE including experience in Commercial Property.  The successful solicitor will manage a broad caseload of commercial, agricultural, and residential property matters.

The role includes:

• freehold and leasehold acquisitions;
• charges and re-mortgages;
• leases and renewals;
• licenses to assign;
• sub-letting and surrendering leases 

We operate using technology and document management systems that would allow the successful candidate to work from home effectively.  Applications for flexible or hybrid working are encouraged.
