This seminar will examine the practical challenges that arise when dealing with access rights, title defects and property risk. Through a combination of technical insight, underwriting expertise and real-life claims examples, our speakers will explore how these issues are identified, assessed and resolved in practice.  You will also receive an insight into what’s on the horizon for 2027 in property law. The event flyer can be found here.
