We are delighted to announce that Judge Laura D’Cruz of the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) will be our keynote speaker at our fourth Property Law seminar, sponsored by InfoTrack. Sitting in the Land Registration Division, Judge D’Cruz deals with a wide range of disputes referred by HM Land Registry and will provide valuable insight into the Tribunal’s role, practice and procedures.
