O’Neill Richmonds Law Firm, a well-established legal practice with offices in Newcastle upon Tyne, North Shields and Morpeth, are seeking two commercial property solicitors to fulfil the following roles within the organisation:

1. An experienced solicitor, three years PQE minimum, with experience dealing with land disposals and acquisitions, property restructuring, refinancing, agricultural sales and purchases including dealing with farm business tenancies, wayleaves, overage provisions and the like, together with disposal of incorporated and unincorporated businesses, high value leasing transactions and some transactions acting for registered charities.  For the right candidate who meets the majority of the criteria, training and mentoring will be provided in relation to the remainder.  

2. A newly qualified solicitor with 1 to 2 years’ experience to deal with the grant and renewal of leases, other landlord and tenant related work such as the serving of notices, sales and purchases of incorporated businesses, some commercial leasing. As regards this position, mentoring and training will be given to enable the successful applicant to progress insofar as their experience is concerned and within the firm itself.
