We are a busy High Street Practice and are looking to recruit a solicitor with a minimum of 3+ PQE with experience and capability in dealing with residential and commercial conveyancing, including new builds, commercial leases and the sale and purchase of business property/assets.

The ideal candidate would also be competent in licensing matters and have the ability to undertake work in the Private Client forum, including drafting Wills, LPAs and dealing with the administration of Estates, although this is not essential.

An immediate start would be available however the vacancy is also to coincide with retirement so the ideal candidate would be required to take on board an already established client base with case load. Full time preferred but part time would be considered for the right candidate.
