Job Description
This is an ideal role for an experienced secretary who is able to work with minimal supervision and provide an efficient, first-class service within tight timescales and working as part of a team.
Duties will include general typing, document preparation, requisitioning searches, report production, opening and closing files, diary management, e-filing, Land Registry interface and preparation of schedules.
The successful applicant will be self-motivated, confident and flexible in their approach and possess strong organisational skills to manage high volume and complex documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as is the ability to deal competently with clients and internal stakeholders of all levels across the firm. The successful candidate will ideally have previous property experience especially in relation to Land Registry and SDLT.
